The Ecosystem

A living lab for
consciousness-informed play.

Resonance Tunes is building a game development ecosystem where frameworks for healing, belonging, and transformation become interactive experiences available to individuals and organizations worldwide.

🎮

Game Development Pods

Small teams of 2–4 developers work alongside consciousness researchers to build 10–30 minute playable experiences. Real shipped titles on a live platform — not just portfolio mockups. Contributors receive full credit and priority for future paid contracts and revenue share.

🔬

Living Research Lab

Consciousness researchers, DEI practitioners, and somatic facilitators bring their frameworks into the lab. We turn their methodologies into games. They retain their research — and gain a playable prototype that reaches far beyond a paper or workshop.

🌐

Distributed Creator Economy

Games built on Resonance Tunes can be licensed to organizations, bundled into toolkits, and distributed through our network of NGOs, educational institutions, and corporate partners. Contributors share in the value their work creates.

🌱

Youth Game Builders

We are building a dedicated pathway for young people — to learn game development through consciousness-informed projects, mentorship, and real co-creation with our team.

Who Belongs Here

Five types of contributors.

Each brings something different. Together they build something none of them could build alone.

The Pod Model

How a build pod works.

Every game begins as a 8–12 week pod. Small team. Clear scope. Real output.

1

Match

A consciousness researcher brings a framework. We match them with 2–4 developers and a creative director. The pod has a concept meeting and agrees on scope within the first week.

2

Build

8–12 weeks. Weekly or bi-weekly pod calls. Shared Slack channels. One creative director holds direction. Milestones: concept → prototype → playtest → polish → ship.

3

Ship

The game is published on the Resonance Tunes platform. Contributors are credited. The researcher gets a playable version they can use in their own teaching and workshops.

4

Earn

When games are licensed to organizations or bundled into toolkits, contributors share in that revenue. Standout developers from each pod are offered paid contract work for future builds.
