Co-Pollinator Program

You move between worlds.

You're a node in multiple networks — practitioner, builder, and advocate at once. You're probably already talking about the tools you use and the people you know who should meet them. This is where that gets recognized — in free months, and in commission when it's an organization you're bringing.

Who Co-Pollinators Are

Cross-pollinators, not salespeople

A Co-Pollinator is someone who already carries ideas between ecosystems — a practitioner, a builder, a connector, a creator. This formalizes what you're already doing and pays you for it.

1

You're already doing this

Sharing tools, insights, and people across your networks isn't new for you. This just makes sure it's recognized and rewarded.

2

No quotas, no scripts

Post when something's true for you, not on a schedule. There's no minimum, no pressure, and nothing to perform.

3

One link, every ecosystem

Whether you're posting content or introducing an organization, the same link tracks it and credits you automatically.

4

Same ethics as every RT program

Trauma-informed, consent-based, non-coercive. You're never asked to pressure anyone into anything.

The Program

Two ways to earn

They run on the same link. Use one, use both — whatever fits how you actually move through the world.

Post about Resonance Tunes, earn free months

You're probably already talking about the tools you use. When that includes Resonance Tunes, we want to thank you for it — in platform credit, not vague gratitude. Post about a tool, a session, or an insight on any platform, tag us, and submit it once it's had time to travel.

Reach = whatever your own platform calls the reach on that specific post — impressions on LinkedIn or Instagram, views on X, YouTube, or TikTok. A screenshot of your native analytics is your proof.

Up to 4 submissions per month, per person, so the program stays sustainable for everyone.

  • Show something real — a screenshot of your Resonance Profile, a diagnostic insight, a moment from a session.
  • Say what surprised you. Specific beats generic, every time.
  • Tag @resonancetunes and use #ResonanceTunes so we can find and credit your post.
  • Put your Co-Pollinator link in your bio or first comment — captions often suppress outbound links.
  • Disclose the relationship. A simple "Co-Pollinator" or "#partner" note keeps you and us in good standing.
Bring In Your Network

Introduce an organization, earn commission

Congregations, companies, collectives — if you know an organization that belongs in this work, your link is how they find it and how you get credit. This runs on the same mechanism as our Resonance Steward program: your unique link, an 8% one-time commission on their Year-1 contract value, paid after they sign and pay their first invoice. Independent contractor, non-exclusive, choose your payout method below.

Independent Contractor Notice: Co-Pollinators are independent contractors — non-exclusive, no quotas, no pressure. Content-post rewards are paid as Resonance Tunes platform credit (free months), never cash. Organization referral commission (8% of Year-1 contract value, one-time) is paid after a referred organization signs and pays its first invoice; Resonance Tunes will issue a Form 1099-NEC to any Co-Pollinator whose cumulative commission earnings exceed $600 in a calendar year. You are responsible for your own taxes.

Your link is live.

You're now a Resonance Co-Pollinator. Share the link below — organizations who sign up through it are credited to you automatically, and it's the same link to use in bio or comments when you post content.

Questions

What Co-Pollinators ask

Is this a sales job?
No. You post what's true for you and introduce organizations you already believe in. There's no quota, no script, and nothing to close.
What counts as "reach"?
Whatever your own platform's native analytics show for that post — impressions on LinkedIn or Instagram, views on X, YouTube, or TikTok. We go by your screenshot at submission time.
Cash or credit?
Content-post rewards are always Resonance Tunes platform credit (free months) — redeemable on your own account or gifted to an organization you name. Organization referrals pay real commission, per your payout preference above.
Can I do both — post content and refer organizations?
Yes. One link covers both. Post when you want, refer when it's right — nothing about one obligates the other.
What if my post doesn't hit the lowest tier?
No penalty. It just doesn't earn a reward that time. Submit again whenever your next post is ready.
Is this different from the Resonance Steward program?
Steward is built specifically for UU ministers and congregations. Co-Pollinator is for anyone who moves between multiple networks — practitioners, builders, creators, connectors. If your work is squarely UU congregations, Steward may be the tighter fit; you're welcome to explore either.
